Beogradska 4

Residential and commercial one-story house, which, judging by the shape and material of the structure, the dimensions of the roof and decorative elements, was built at the end of the 19th century on an empty lot or on the site of a demolished house. The base is in the form of the Latin letter “L”; with a courtyard wing along the left furrow. Its height fits into the existing elevations of neighboring buildings. On the left side is the entrance, from which there is a corridor – a passage to the yard.

The staircase for the floor on the courtyard side, of recent date, while the old one, located in the middle of the courtyard, has been removed. In the extension of the courtyard wing, a two-story building was added. At the bottom of the plot there is a ground-floor auxiliary building finished with a passable flat roof through which access to the living space on the floor of the extended part is provided. The building is built of brick, plastered and painted. The roof is two-pitched, on the courtyard wing one-pitched, covered with pepper tiles. The rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor have flat ceilings. The basement is located in the right part of the building.
In the ground floor area, on the right side, a wooden double-leaf architraved door, three double-leaf windows and a door for the entrance to the premises are placed. There are five window openings on the first floor, two of which have “kibicfenster”.

The decoration on the facade has stylistic features of historicism. The window frames are multi-profiled, surmounted by regular triangular pediments on consoles with a plant motif on the front part. The ground floor is finished in imitation of stone blocks.
