Prote Mihaldžića 4

A one-story house, for residential use, with foundations in the shape of the Cyrillic letter “P” is placed in a row. Stylistic and constructive characteristics point to the second half of the 19th century as the period of construction. At the bottom of the yard, a one-story auxiliary building was built.

The street facade has a central high gate and two double-hung windows with an upper pane on each side. The gate is a wooden two-winged gate with geometrically cassetted wings. They are surmounted by a glazed skylight in the center of which there are four fields of stained glass-stained glass. Plaster plastic in the eclectic style is in the form of profiled frames around windows with architraved pediments, parapet fields in the form of a simple rectangle. The partition and attic cornice are profiled with stucco decoration over the ceiling openings. The courtyard facades have a series of windows and doors. The double windows open outwards, with old joinery, while the doors are newer.

The basement is located under the left courtyard wing. The yard is paved with bricks. Two-gable and one-gable roof structures are covered with pepper tiles.
