MILOVANA VIDAKOVICA 3
A single-story house with elements of historicism. The house’s layout is in the shape of the Cyrillic letter “Г”.

It was built for Gavro Neckov, designed by Anton Tikmajer in 1902. During construction, the project underwent certain changes, signed by Stevan Gusek.

The courtyard wing on the left side occupies almost the entire plot, leaving little space for the courtyard. The pedestrian passage is placed next to the right carriage wall. The house was built with two apartments, a spacious one in the street-facing part and a smaller one in the courtyard wing.
The decoration around the five windows includes the following elements: sills, architrave pediments with relief floral plastic in the field below, and small pilasters next to the windows. The entrance is raised by three steps. Above it is a rectangular field filled with stucco relief featuring lion motifs and an amphora.

The wooden entrance wings are carved with paneled fields. The balusters and profiled frames, along with the glazed part, are secured with wrought iron grilles. The area above the entrance is glazed with fragments of colored glass. Above the profiled attic cornice are openings with stucco decorations.
