Zmajev trg 1 (Sremska Kamenica)
A high-rise house with a loose base and roof masses. The street facade has a series of tall and richly decorated windows. A decorative system of shallow art nouveau ornamentation is represented on the facade. The plinth or base has an artificial stone paneling.
On the right side of this building is a lower house with a rectangular base and the same decorative system as the main building. The roof structure on the street part is highlighted by two triangular pediments.
The building was built in the period between the two world wars.
