DANILO VUKSANOVIĆ
About the author
He was born on December 29, 1973 in Sombor. He graduated in 1998 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Novi Sad, majoring in graphics. He received his master’s degree at the same Academy, majoring in drawing. He is a member of the International Museum Committee (ICOM), the Association of Fine Artists of Vojvodina and the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia.
He participated in several collective exhibitions in the country and abroad.
He won the first prize for a portrait at the Yugoslav portrait exhibition (Šabac, 1998).
He won the award of the University of Novi Sad (1999)
Finalist at the third MINI GRAPHIC & PAINTING WORLD WIDE SHOW (Pisa, Italy, 2001)
He is the winner of the special award of the art colony “NJARADI” for 2004.
He published the book of drawings and prose, DUALI, together with Miloš Zupac, in 2007 and the book EPISODE, in 2008.
He writes art criticism.
He is employed at the Matica Srpska Gallery as a conservator-restorer.
