The one-story residential building built on the regulation of the right side of the square forms a unique architectural and stylistic unit with the other buildings of the former Parade Square. The house originates from the second half or the end of the 18th century, which is indicated by the characteristic disposition and functional organization of the rooms, the design of the vaults of the mezzanine structures, the applied architectural details and the solution of the roof structure.

In the years after World War II, the right corner part of the building along Strosmeierova street was demolished, so that today the base of the building is in the shape of the Latin letter “L” with a shorter courtyard wing on the right side and an extended part. Along the left edge, the original vehicular entrance with a characteristic wooden double-winged gate has been preserved.

The ground floor is under semi-circular vaults with vaulted branches. The basement is located under the central part of the building and is inaccessible. The roof is high, on two sides, covered with pepper tiles with two characteristic massive chimneys. The street facade is flat plastered with an accented profiled attic and mezzanine cornice. The plastic decoration on the first floor was removed, while the ground floor area was restored in the 1960s, according to the available photo documentation. Plaster plastic in the form of shallow frames, pilasters and parapet fields with characteristic decoration as preserved on the neighboring building at No. 3 was executed. The windows are placed in six axes, uniform on the ground floor, divided vertically into three panes, on the first floor with a fixed upper pane and transoms, all from different periods.
