A single-story house in the early historicism style. The house’s layout is in the shape of the Cyrillic letter “Г”, with a wing on the right side of the courtyard. The main apartment is in the street-facing part of the house, while the wing with a porch supported by columns contains auxiliary rooms. On the street facade, at the left corner, is a carriage gate, and to the right are four windows, with the last one being a “kibic fenster”. The decoration is well preserved. Next to the entrance are two composite pilasters with a rectangular relief above. The entrance wings are massive, wooden, and carved with slender arcade motifs. Above the windows are architrave pediments with acroteria, and next to them are thin pilasters. The attic openings feature stucco decoration and a profiled cornice below. The only alteration made is in the base zone, where the plinth has been covered with artificial stone.
