A single-story house that was once connected with the house at Pašićeva No. 28. They now share a common attic parapet with the same plaster decoration extending across both streets. Part of the house has been converted into a commercial space—a restaurant with a large portal opening. The remaining part of the house is residential, with windows of varying sizes.
