A two-story house in the modern style. The house’s layout is in the shape of the Cyrillic letter “П”. It was built set back from the old regulation line.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance on the right side and two shops on the left.

On the upper floors, there are three axes of large modern windows, with a balcony in the center of the first floor. The facade features a prominent eave of the double-pitched roof.

According to an inscription on the facade, it was built for Stevan Fratucan in 1937.
