A single-story residential–commercial house stands between two multi-story buildings, built along the old street line, which causes it to protrude slightly forward. Archival records have not been found, but it can be assumed that it was constructed in the first decade of the 20th century, with elements of Neoclassicism.

The building’s floor plan is in the shape of the letter “G,” with the courtyard wing on the right side. On the street façade, the double-wing gate of the carriage passage is located near the left corner, while on the right side there are two shops with display windows.

The gate is finished with an architrave and closed with massive, carved, coffered wooden wings. Narrow free verticals divide the façade wall, and the spaces between the openings are plastered with a shallow imitation of stone coursing. Above the openings is a tall, smooth parapet wall, likely once decorated, but now lost over time. The frontage ends with a strongly emphasized profiled cornice and a flat parapet, at the center of which stands a rectangular attic structure bearing a classical vase (the right one is missing) and, in the middle, a figure of an angel — an unusual motif. Behind it is a low, dual-pitched roof covered in beaver-tail tiles.

Part of the house facing the courtyard contains the residential area.
